Daughter of an Australian media mogul and his Aboriginal wife, Monet was the veritable spoiled rich brat and enfant terrible. Expelled from a number of private schools, she was eventually sent to Xavier’s, where she discovered there was more to the world than just enjoying herself. She joined the NGO Elpis and later became an X-Man, inititially out of boredom but remaining out of a growing sense of altruism. Following an incident where her estranged brother tried to steal her brain with his powers, Monet found herself dealing with being less than perfect for the first time in her life as she coped with brain damage in the aftermath. In 2012 she returned to Australia to work for her father following a rowdy break up with then-boyfriend Kurt Sefton.

X-Project is an X-Men movieverse RPG on Livejournal. Set after X2, we've been running since May 2003 and use a combination of in-character journals and email/IM logs. There's a number of settings for a range of play, whatever your preference, and we accept new characters as well as encourage people to adopt one of our orphans.

Chod

Chod: A very large reptilian mutant of unknown origin, he was used in his owner's factories in Madripoor's Lowtown for his physical strength, and had apparently been there since childhood. He was treated as subhuman, a useful freak, for most of his life; Corsair and his friends changed that, and Chod quite willingly threw in his lot with them.
