Clarice Ferguson first arrived at Xavier's on Christmas in 2003. A teen with a bad mouth, she had been dumped at the school by parents that didn't know what to do with their rebellious, purple daughter. Initially jealous of the other more-normal looking students, Clarice fell in with Sarah Morlocke and Jonothan Starsmore, but soon learned that some things were more important than friendship. She and Shiro Yoshida dated for a while, until she discovered that he was addicted to Kick. Her next relationship, with Kyle Gibney, ended on mutual good terms. Wary of most of the adults, Clarice faced the world on her terms - or not at all. With this outlook on life, she trained for and became one of the few high school EMTs in Westchester County, working both for the county and in the medlabs at Xavier's and volunteering with Red X. In an ironic twist of fate, the same girl that hid under Sarah's bed during an attack on the school, grew up to become an X-Man. In February 2010 she took a break from the school and the team in order to focus on her medical school classes.

Jane Doe/Cloud

Cloud, or Jane Doe as she is called, had no memory of her childhood, her family or even her real name. On November 1, 2003 she was discovered wandering alone and naked on a highway and confined to a mental institution for the interim. Dr. Leonard Samson discovered her there and decided it was no place for a young mutant and arranged for her to be transferred to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. Jane settled quickly into the school and made many friends. She got involved with the Red X program and assisted in the evacuation of Stonewall Farm. She began a relationship with Bobby Drake, although he was frequently absent at this time. In December 2005 Jane left the school to try and discover more about her identity and fell into a relationship with a man who ultimately ran off with her savings. Jane returned to Xavier's, joining Elpis and Red-X's leadership program and becoming involved with one of the Elpis workers in Tel Aviv. The biggest shock was discovering the truth of her origins and the cause of her amnesia, a program "breeding" mutants for environmental purposes. Still processing this data, Jane left the school in February 2010 to join her boyfriend at the Elpis office in Tel Aviv. There are still many unanswered questions in her life, however, and eventually Jane may return to seek the answers.

Suzanne Chan - Zanne for short - was directly recruited to the X-Men when her solo crime-fighting actions gained the attention of Charles Xavier. She readily joined, glad to use her time-freezing abilities for the greater good. When the economic downturn cost her her job, she moved into the mansion, assisting Kyle as groundskeeper. She lacked direction, however, and when a job offer came from a company in Chicago, she accepted it. She is at heart, however, a superhero, and the time may come when she returns to continue that vocation.
